1. Own Your Voice and Build That Self-Awareness

The first step in any "empowerment journey" is getting real with yourself! For too long, we as women have been taught to play it small or keep our opinions to ourselves to keep the peace. But "Sis," your voice is your superpower! When you stop whispering and start speaking your truth, you literally change the vibration of your life.

Building self-awareness means taking a deep look at where you are and where you actually want to be. Not where your mom, your husband, or your boss wants you to be, but where YOU want to be! I always tell my clients that you have to "invest in your mind" before you can invest in your "BIG" dreams. Whether that’s through reading, taking a "NEW" course, or just having those "real talk" conversations with yourself, you have to know who you are to know where you're going.

When I started Tamika Shanea’, LLC, I had to learn how to prioritize my own learning and "personal growth." I realized that if I didn't understand my own value, nobody else would either! You need a "roadmap" for your aspirations! If you want to launch a business, don't just say "I want to be a business owner." Say, "I am going to register my LLC this month." Break it down into "bite-sized pieces." When you have clarity, the universe has a clear path to deliver exactly what you're asking for!

Manifesting requires "ENERGY," and if you’re drained, you’re not going to have the "spark" you need to attract what you want. Self-care isn't just bubble baths and face masks (though those are "GREAT"); it’s about protecting your mental and emotional space.

When you look good, you feel good, and when you feel good, you manifest "FASTER!" You need a "supportive community" of people who are also leveling up. If the five people you spend the most time with are complaining and staying stuck, guess what? You’re going to stay stuck too!

Find mentors, "role models," and friends who inspire you. You need a "sounding board" and someone who will hold you accountable when you feel like quitting. As a "CERTIFIED" life and relationship coach, I’ve seen the "MAGIC" that happens when women support other women. There is enough room at the table for all of us to "EAT!"
