Meet Tamika Shanea'

Tamika Shanea' Robinson-Carter, MBA, is a mompreneur who "inspires & changes lives daily through positivity."

She also helps manage her four kids (3 boys 30, 26, 22 & 1 girl, 23) careers & businesses.

A businesswoman for over 20+ years with her event planning company "De'Sav K'Ari Events", Tamika ventured back into her first love of broadcasting and does a weekly podcast called "A Gal from Cleveland w/Tamika Shanea' " and a daily FB LIVE called "Convos with God" which has a huge following.

Tamika has an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Bryant & Stratton College, a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of the People and she just received in May 2026, her Masters degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University.

She just recently finished her 3rd book, "Closing the Deal: A Real Estate Love Story". It will be out Fall 2026. She is currently writing her 4th book "31 Days of Convos with God". Her 1st book "Dream BIG, Little CEO" was written in 2024 and her 2nd, "Faith x Focus", a 7 day devotional book, just came out in 2025.

Tamika is CERTIFIED as a Life & Relationship Coach, an AI Consultant & a Wedding/Event planner. She has done several speaking engagements, articles as well as won several awards for her entrepreneurship.

Tamika's first business "Tamika Shanea, LLC", has an umbrella of different things under it including her lip gloss collection, personalized glitter pens & self-defense keychains, "Tamika Shanea' Creations", business, life & relationship coaching & her real estate services, "Tamika Shanea' Realty", as a realtor & investor.

"Consultamind Systems" is Tamika's newest business which is all about AI Automation for businesses.

She has started working on her community impact awards initiative, "6 Shining Diamonds". The first gala will be held October 2027.

This Jill of all trades aka “The Motivating Mompreneur” definitely knows a lot about work/life balance.
